and the sky falls

The fences a man and the fences

If i speak I say fences and the sky falls

from our feet a segue and

apologies and the song signs on

speaking sky fences and falling I say

street signs and you sing on

the field the grass and blue

a toddler playing street signs sings

a discreet suv

screaming beneath our feet

the sky has fallen

When we ask about peace

We say ladders and cool in the shadows

When we asked where you went

We say inside and go inside

looking inside we find windows and rays

and lights from the kitchen

when we put it on the floor

we say peace be with you

you ask ask what happened in between

when there is silence

there is still the sound of breathing
